In a world that asks you to be everything to everyone, it’s a radical choice to embrace being yourself.

As women we are trained from an early age to be in support of others, our families, our bosses, our friends and to sacrifice ourselves for the greater good. Except what if you and your magic are the most magnificent thing that could happen in this world? What if you being unapologetically YOU was the biggest gift you could give to yourself and your loved ones?

This is not the season to play life small sister. There is too much hard stuff going on this world, too much separation, not enough acceptance, too much war, not enough peace, too much hate and not enough love, and way to much of the patriarchy and not enough feminine force. Your presence and your power are needed dear one. You being you is the radical act of love and service that today’s world so desperately needs - are you ready to be your most fabulous magical self?

Welcome to my Alpine Ayurveda retreat, a space, a sanctuary for you to let go of the weight of expectations and re-become your truest self.

I’ve always felt that arriving in the ancient high mountain village of Törbel feels like a slow, deep exhale, an unraveling of everything that came before, a sense of vastness within. Perched on a steep hillside just below the Moosalp plateau, Törbel opens its heart to the Zermatt valley and showcases stunning alpine views of the 4,505 metre Weisshorn, Switzerland's fourth highest mountain. Here you’re in Canton Wallis / Valais, Switzerland where time slows down and Mother Nature rules.

For seven years I’ve been dreaming of bringing women to this divine portal, to create a gathering of goddesses, immersed in nature and attuned to the powerful energetic vortex that one experiences in this high, wild place.

This retreat is for you sister if….

  • You’ve lost control of your health and wellbeing and need a radiant reset

  • You’re feeling disconnected from yourself and the world and want to reawaken your innate bond with Mother Earth

  • You’re feeling depleted and are craving natural nourishment and deep rest

  • You’re experiencing perimenopause or menopause and need support managing this wild season

  • You’re new to yoga and the wellbeing world and want clear, easy guidance on where to start

  • You’re a yoga or wellbeing professional looking to deepen your knowledge of Eastern science

If you are ready to say goodbye to exhaustion, lethargy, brain fog and wearing your badge of busy-ness then Ayurveda is your new best friend sister.

My Alpine Ayurveda retreat is everything you need to cultivate deep, regular rest, regain your vitality, feel fully aligned with your one wild and precious life and live unapologetically as the truest version of you.

Over these 5 days together, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga will weave their natural magic and not only leave you feeling revived and radiant but deeply knowledgeable about what makes you uniquely you, and how to feel like the best version of yourself every single damn day.

Alpine Ayurveda is more than a retreat and yet it’s for every woman.

Experience this ancient wisdom first hand, and create your own personal portfolio of wellbeing practices to take home with you.

Throughout this retreat you’ll practice and enjoy a vast realm of Ayurveda and Yoga wisdom, including:

  • daily asana, pranayama and meditation as regular natural medicine,

  • deep dives into food as nourishment and the life force it provides,

  • understanding the energy and impact of the chakra system and how to maintain balance,

  • an in depth understanding of your unique dosha and how to move, breathe, rest and eat for your type.

But what is a retreat without rest? Alpine Ayurveda encourages you to pause, to become bored, to space stare at the incredible high mountain views, to meditate as you move, just one foot after the other, as we hike and explore together or at your own pace.

Intentionally held over the Samhain (Halloween) days when the veil between this world and other is thin and we are more open to both let go and receive, Alpine Ayurveda is an absolute must to prepare yourself for the winter season ahead.

Is this retreat really for me?

Yes, yes and yes! Because my absolute mission in life, my dharma, is to make sure every woman on the planet has everything she needs to feel so damn good that she can’t help but live unapologetically, changing lives and the world. My Alpine Ayurveda Retreat will gift you:

  • A profound understanding of your unique self, health and wellbeing as seen through the lens of Ayurveda and its sister science Yoga

  • Mountains of deep, grounded energy, and reserves of vitality to see through the winter season

  • New found confidence in being 1000% yourself which means a whole lot less energy spent being something or someone else, for everyone else

  • Rekindled connection with Mother Nature and awareness of the role you play living upon planet earth

  • A revitalized love of healthy, whole, plant-forward food as well as new cooking skills to bring home with you

  • Expanded wisdom on how to easily integrate Ayurveda and Yoga into your day to day life and regularly serve your highest self

A retreat where food is truly part of the experience

After all these years I have also finally sourced an incredible retreat chef, one who is plant-forward, Ayurveda informed and highly experienced in curating nourishing, seasonal menus to leave you feeling full and fulfilled. The amazing Skye Saker will be joining us from Interlaken to keep the prana vibes high and our bodies fueled. All meals are vegetarian and gluten free and inspired by some of the key principles of Ayurveda. I have intentionally chosen not to offer a full Ayurveda menu because we are in the high mountains of Switzerland where I want to ensure that food is as local and sustainable as possible and suitable to the season and climate we are in. This also means you might book this retreat for the yoga but you’ll end up just as in love with the food!

Rest in simple mountain luxury

We are being hosted in Törbel’s simple but beautifully renovated ‘Ferienhaus’ which started out as the village school house in 1908 and overlooks the Zermatt valley and its magnificent alpine views. Our yoga shala is on the top floor with a traditionally crafted high ceiling that makes you feel like you’re practicing alongside the sun, the moon and the stars.

The majority of the accommodation is shared spaces plus a few single or double / twin rooms with ensuite bathroom available. Whilst the Ferienhaus can host a large number of guests, retreat spots are intentionally limited to ensure that even if sharing accommodation, you have plenty of space and silence to support your retreat experience. Think simple mountain luxury as the retreat vibe.

ensuite mountain room

There are a small number of private rooms available that have ensuite bathrooms and the formation of two single beds or a bunk bed set up. These may be booked by women seeking an extra dose of privacy as a single room or by two friends joining the retreat together. If you are booking an ensuite mountain room with a friend please reach out so we can be sure we room you together.

Single occupancy CHF 1600 per person

Double occupancy CHF 1500 per person

Shared goDdess room

Goddess rooms are beautiful shared rooms where you will experience both community and privacy. Whilst the Ferienhaus is set up for large groups, we are intentionally using the same large space for less than half capacity. A space in one of the Goddess rooms gifts you a full bunk bed for yourself (top and bottom), plenty of space between and around you and other goddesses, and extensive bathroom and toilet facilities throughout the property.

Shared occupancy CHF 1380 per person

Here’s what’s included in your investment

  • Specific sound healing and deep rest sessions to support you through the changing seasons

Join the Wild Soul / Anima Selvaggia Retreat

YOUR PERSONAL INVITATION TO EMBRACE YOUR WILD SOUL

It’s time to breathe, soften and receive sister….are you ready to take your place at the table of your own wild, wondrous life?

Join me for a transformative 5 day journey in sun-drenched Ticino, Switzerland, to nourish and nurture your wild soul and reclaim your radiance.

If 2025 is already running away from you, goddess, and you’re wondering how to make it through the rest of the year—pause. Take a deep breath. You are not alone.

In a year that feels dominated by man-babies and bromances, it’s time to look after YOU, to cultivate your wild soul or your anima selvaggia as they say in Italian. To unearth your innate feminine wisdom and to pour into yourself. It’s time to be held, to be nourished, to reconnect and to simply be.

This is your space. Your sanctuary. Your time to come home to your wild soul.

Join me in the sun-drenched landscape of Ticino, Switzerland’s southernmost canton, for a yoga retreat designed to feed your body, mind, and soul. More than a getaway, this is an invitation to soften, reconnect, and remember what truly nourishes you.

Held at the lovingly restored Villa Oleandro in the ancient village of Casima Paese, this retreat is homegrown and heart-led. Wake up to breathtaking views across the Valle di Muggio, sip your morning coffee on the grand terrace, and let the sun warm your skin as the sounds of nature ease you into your day. From soulful yoga to profoundly restorative practices held deep in Mother Nature, every moment is curated to help you slow down, tune in, and fill your own cup first.

If you’re ready to relax and receive nourishment and nurturing then join me in Ticino, southern Switzerland from 28 May - 1 June, 2025.

A recipe for nourishment

Yoga is connection

We know the word yoga literally means ‘to be yoked together’ but yoga is too often thought of as just postures and movement and yet it is so so much more than that. This retreat encompasses a full and holistic yoga experience which translates as time slowing down, space to notice how you feel, opportunities to connect deeply with your breath, your body, your mind, your heart and each other. Yoga for wild souls also means gentle, loving healing of old patterns and letting go of what no longer serves you so you can rediscover your truest self. Because when we connect to who we really are, we no longer use energy to be someone else and life feels in flow just like a beautiful vinyasa.

Think eight luscious, full spectrum, holistic yoga classes full of anima selvaggia to have you feeling blissed out at the end of our time together.

Nature is awe

We all know that we feel better when we wrap ourselves in the arms of Mother Nature, and science tells us that time spent in ancient forests, listening to the sound of the river running, feeling the expansiveness of a wide blue sky over our heads and the breeze on our skin, truly does make us healthier and happier. In fact it regulates our often very dis-regulated nervous system and takes us out of fight or flight mode and shifts us into a more rested, calmer and relaxed state of being. Spending time in places of natural beauty creates a state of awe where we gain perspective on our lives and feel tuned into source.

Think guided hiking to take in the stunning views of Lake Como, forest bathing deep, down in the valley, meditating to the calming sounds of flowing water. Mother Nature is intentionally included so you can benefit from all the wild and natural medicine she offers.

Food is love

Whilst we are most definitely in Switzerland, Casima is Italian speaking and Lake Como is just 17km away and you know what that means - food is love and food is life! And the Valle di Muggio does not disappoint. You know what a total foodie I am and Sandra and André, owners of Villa Oleandro are just as passionate about sourcing local and traditional products, full of prana. Think slow food at it’s best including Sandra’s home made sour dough bread.

And in case you’re wondering how and why food in this region tastes so damn good? You’ll have a chance to experience first hand what it takes to create prana filled local dishes with experienced culinary artists. Plus you’ll visit (and practice yoga) at the beautiful Bruzella mill, nestled into the wild forest by a cool stream. It’s walking distance from the Villa and famous for transforming the region’s rare red corn into delicious polenta.

But this retreat isn’t just about what’s on your plate—it’s about how you nourish yourself in every aspect of life.

The tiny hamlet of Casima is one you are called to rather than arriving by chance. At 620m above sea level it hovers high above the Breggia river and was settled over 500 years ago. Villa Oleandro, our retreat location is the home of dear friends Sandra and André who have a long held passion for gathering, for food and for art. A charming and meticulously preserved period building dating back to 1874, Villa Oleandro provides a warm and inviting retreat for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our time together in Ticino is not a typical retreat. Every aspect of this anima salveggia, this gathering of wild souls has been crafted with love and attention. From the location and view, to the local produce used to prepare the meals we will share, to our pop up yoga studio in the centre of the village, to our hiking guide Igor who we’ve known for years. This is a collaboration from our hearts to yours and we can’t wait to welcome you!
