My regular live classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 18.00 at the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva. Classes are open to all and the first class is free with follow up pricing of CHF 18 / class. Half the money we raise goes to Moveability, an organization that supports people affected by lands mines and other exploded remnants of war gain greater mobility. Classes are one hour, all levels classes and all you need to bring is your lovely self and a yoga mat, no need to book in advance. Our practice shifts with the seasons but generally includes elements of vinyasa, hatha, yin yoga and meditation. I can’t wait to see you on the mat.

If you’re not in Geneva then do not fear as there are plenty of free emergencyoga classes available online and for download. You can access them all directly on Vimeo and there are a few meditations and more portable classes available on Soundcloud as well.

If you’re new to yoga, feeling a bit shy or have something special with your practice that you would like to work on I’m also available for private classes, generally on Thursday evenings or Friday mornings although where possible I can work with your schedule. Private classes can be purchased as a package with a minimum investment of 4 x 60 minute classes which can then be extended to further packages.  The 4 class introductory package is an initial investment of CHF 300 with the opportunity to work one on one in whichever way serves your practice best.

You can access all the information you need about the latest upcoming retreats, festivals and workshops here.

Coming up next in May, 2019 I’ll be teaching at the gorgeous ScapaFest in beautiful Loch Fyne Scotland. This festival is utterly aligned with my own values of connecting yoga, people and the planet and there are still a few tickets available but get in quick. Plenty of emergencyoga peeps will be joining as well so you’ll be sure to see some familiar faces as well as meet new soul mates over the weekend.

June sees the culmination of lots of deep conversations and dream talking with a full week of the Pranarama Island Retreat in Ithaca, Greece on our own private Levendis Estate. The idea for this retreat started in Sri Lanka with my then flat mate Kostantinos who said he knew the perfect place in his home country……and two years later here we are heading to Ithaca, the stuff that journeys of the soul are made of. This will be a week of blissful, prana fueled yoga and meditation supported by incredible food, fantastic hosts and the beautiful crystal blue waters surrounding us. Book by mid-January for the new year discount and get your place on this small personalized retreat early.

This a new and very special offering for 2019. This year I’m combining my professional coaching skills with my decades worth of yoga experience in offering life and performance coaching through a yogic lens. If yoga is a practice that resonates with you whether that be meditation, the physical asanas, chakra and energy work or all things prana including food and overall health then yogic coaching is a great way to delve into how you can cultivate your life force and live the truest version of yourself. Wondering if yogic coaching can give you a positive start to the new year? I’d love for you to join me for a 30 minute introductory session for just CHF 15, the cost of which can be redeemed against any future coaching package you sign up for. As a qualified performance coach and a degree level human movement specialist, I’m thrilled to be able to leverage this expertise to support more yogis to step into their power and cultivate their practice both on and off the mat.
