THE BOUNTIFUL LIFE PROGRAM

What if we saw our lives, our health and our wellbeing like one big, wild adventure? Some days the adventure is a little bit scary and out of control with how we treat our bodies, what we eat, think and feel, and other days we feel more as if we are riding this wild wave called life like a pro-surfer. When we feel like we belong, when life feels connected and when we live whole heartedly in community we feel like nothing can stop us and that there is a deep sense of abundance and wellbeing that pervades our DNA. But all of that is harder than ever to get a hold of right now because we’re living in a ‘pandemic world’ that wants to challenge us daily and keep us in a state of flux and transition. And that, gorgeous souls is why I created The Bountiful Life Program. Because even when the world around us is going a little bit nutty we still deserve to feel awesome. YOU still deserve abundant physical, spiritual and emotional health. And quite frankly we all need some of that now, more than ever before. Because I know you’ve got important work to do. I know you’ve got incredible humans and fur babies to love and care for. I know that we don’t know what tomorrow will look like and so you (we!) need to step up now and make all the difference we can.

The Bountiful Life Program is a series of adventures in creating the most awesome version of you. Take them one at a time, combined or all at once and enjoy that pro-surfer feeling as waves of abundant health, vitality and a deep sense of connection wash over you. I’ll be working with you one on one to surf the waves with you on this adventure because you are so very worth it.

THE ABUNDANT HEALTH ADVENTURE

Every single human on this planet deserves the highest level of health and wellbeing.  You dear one, do not have to be one of the ones struggling, down, tired, listless, overwhelmed and disconnected.  In fact all you have to do is step into your innate body mind wisdom (yes this does exist!) and give yourself permission to experience abundant health.  And when you do that, you not only stand up for you, but you get to share your incredible sense of wellbeing and be there in your full, wonderful self for all those you love. Ancient yogic wisdom will be our guiding light,  as you review the current wellbeing of your body, mind and spirit and decide where you would like to gift yourself more abundant health.  In this adventure you’ll learn to leverage a variety of practices and tools that create a sense of integrated body, mind, spirit health throughout your entire being.  You’ll create an ‘Abundant Health Plan’, tailor made just for you so that you can take everything from our time together out into the world beyond and benefit from this work for the rest of your incredible life.  

THE HEALING FOR VITALITY ADVENTURE

Trauma and old wounds are the things that hold us back from being the truest version of ourselves and from loving ourselves completely.  Healing our personal scars (big or small) and stepping into our innate power and the full human experience of imperfection can bring us a vitality we never knew we had.  We don’t have to be weighed down by old stories, there is lightness and va va voom waiting to be claimed. Your very own innate body wisdom and the ancient yogic arts will be your ultimate guides as you travel a path of profound healing, letting go of and integrating old wounds, releasing that which no longer serves you and creating a vast space for your natural vitality to expand and grow. Our work together will be led by you and your needs in the safest of spaces both physically and emotionally, tapping into healing movement experiences, restorative mind meditation work and the concept of whole-living in community.  At the end of our time together you’ll have your very own ‘Vitality Roadmap’ to support you in continuing your healing journey and living a blessed and beautiful life.

In today’s polarised and disconnected world it’s a warrior’s work to stay plugged into source and feel a deep sense of belonging.  This profound connection that we all crave doesn’t have to be something elusive that we only catch glimpses of and truly can be lived every day of your beautiful life. Using yoga as the ancient source of union and interconnection you’ll delve deep into being in relationship not only with yourself but the world around you as a way to uplift the vibration of the life you are living.  In this adventure you’ll create deeper connections in all areas of your life as a way to increase energy, joy, happiness and overall wellbeing. Using concepts such as vibrant eating and presence, mind as energy, flow state and spirit connection, you’ll create your personal ‘Vibrant Life System’ that will enable you to remain in a state of deep relationship, connection and bliss across the most valued and important areas of your life.
