If I had to boil down the more than 5,000 year old Eastern science of Ayurveda into only one sentence it would be this:

The Abundant Health Mentorship includes four 1:1 private mentorship sessions (50 minutes each) per month, live and recorded so you can use them as a resource on repeat whenever you need to. The Abundant Health Mentorship is especially suited to you if you are recovering from physical injury or a period of emotional hardship including loss and grief.
