REWILDING MENTORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Contractual Parties
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the following parties:

Donna Williams Wellbeing represented by Donna Williams
Genève-1202 Switzerland
Participant
You, the person purchasing the Rewilding Mentorship package.
These Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all contractual relationships between Donna Williams Wellbeing (referred to throughout this document as the “Organizer”) and its clients (referred to throughout this document as the “Participant”).
2. Services
The Organizer agrees to deliver the Rewilding Mentorship Programme as per the published description, which may include one-to-one mentorship, guided movement practices, meditation, breathwork, coaching conversations, reflective exercises, and/or other sessions, all held online unless otherwise stated.
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the programme schedule, session content, or facilitation methods if necessary. Any such changes will not materially alter the overall quality, content, or purpose of the programme.
Services not explicitly listed in the programme description are not included. For a three month Rewilding Mentorship package, a maximum of nine (9) 1:1 live mentorship sessions plus nine (9) days, each of six (6) hours ad hoc virtual support conducted over a digital application of the Organizer’s choosing are included. The Participant is responsible for providing their own environment, equipment, and reliable internet connection for participation.
3. Booking
A Mentorship Programme is confirmed once the Participant:
Submits the application form,
Pays at least the first installment, and
Receives a confirmation email from the Organizer.
Bookings are personal and non-transferable.
The Organizer reserves the right to decline a booking if the Participant does not meet programme requirements or if the programme is deemed unsuitable.
4. Payment Terms
The Participant may choose to pay upfront and in full or with a payment plan, where a minimum of the first installment is due at least 5 working days before the first mentorship session:
By selecting a payment plan, the Participant commits to ensuring all installments are paid on time as per the schedule chosen.
5. Cancellations
By Participant
More than 30 days before programme start: Full refund of balance paid.
Any other cancellation arrangements are as per statutory requirements.
All 1:1 sessions must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance in writing.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited.
By Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions).
In such cases, Participants will receive a replacement session within the timeframe of the programme or in the unlikely case where that is not possible a credit of equivalent value to their account.
The Organizer is not responsible for any participant-incurred costs (e.g., internet, software, equipment).
6. Liability
Participation in programme activities (mentorship, coaching, yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, etc.) is voluntary and at the Participant’s own risk.
The Participant acknowledges that these activities may carry inherent risks and accepts full responsibility for their physical and mental wellbeing.
The Organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation.
An additional waiver and release of liability may be required before participation.
7. Wellbeing and Technology Responsibility
The Participant affirms they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate.
They agree to disclose any relevant conditions in advance so reasonable accommodations can be provided.
The Participant is responsible for ensuring they have a safe practice environment, appropriate equipment, and stable internet.
8. Data Protection
The Organizer will collect and process personal data (e.g., wellbeing information, contact details etc), solely for programme purposes, in line with applicable privacy laws.
Data will be stored securely and shared only with necessary staff or service providers, unless otherwise required by law.
Participants will be informed before any third-party data sharing.
9. Updates to Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
Participants will be notified of changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Acknowledgment
By purchasing the Rewilding Programme you inherently agree to the terms and conditions of the programme.
